The opportunity

Recruit from a durable source of legal potential.

For decades, the CCBA Job Fair has connected law students with law firms, corporations, government agencies, and public-interest organizations. The 2027 program gives employers a deliberate, efficient way to identify candidates for legal internships, summer associate roles, and entry-level opportunities.

Focused access

Participating employers assess applicant materials before interview day and build a schedule around the candidates they want to meet.

Meaningful format

Scheduled interviews make space for substantive conversations about experience, interests, and the work ahead.

02

Employer process

From participation to interviews in four clear stages.

02

Participating employers receive access to the candidate materials and preferences provided through the CCBA process.

03

Prescreen and select candidates

Your organization decides which applicants to interview. Student bidding communicates interest; employers make the selection decisions.

04

Conduct scheduled interviews

Meet selected applicants on Friday, January 8, 2027 at Embassy Suites in a professional interview setting.

03

Who you will meet

Prepared applicants with a point of view about their future.

The established CCBA applicant framework has emphasized fully accredited law-school candidates connected to top-ranked programs, HBCU law schools, Midwest law schools, and the CLEO community. CCBA will publish the final 2027 eligibility requirements before registration opens.

Candidate context

Students enter the program through advance registration, materials submission, bidding, school verification, and employer selection. It is a structured recruiting channel designed to put preparation before the interview room.
